June 05 What was/is the best road trip?I'm just in the process of making a folder of my favourite pictures of the road trips we have made, but as i look over them i find it hard to decide which is the best?
 New years eve 2005, bought 2 one-way tickets to Bridlington to meet a northern emo guy called Joe, and his pop, Kicked a tyre, turned the key, handed over £250 and we were sorted! Made this mission of 300 miles home (in time to meet everyone to wish them happy new year!)
Ok so between January and March we managed to cover 5000 miles in a 14 year old 3 door, petrol smelling, rust bucket Fiesta which took us to a wonderful place of Tiptree where we found a nice beach, a nice old lady, a boat to climb into, and a few 8 year old rude boi's to mock!
We also went to Quainton, where we broke into a fine rail museum, camped outside a creepy church only to be woken by an orange lady who made us 3 really crappy coffees, we then flooded the engine and then got locked out the car, walked 1/2 a mile to meet a wise man called max, who provided us wuth nifty advice and wire to break into the car. We popped into Oxford and foind a car with 30 parking tickets on it.
Made a trip to Walton on the Naze, with 5 people sleeping in the car, managed to run over tony, and leave him in the middle of nowhere for a while, strolled along the moonlit seafront, woke up by passers by and the smell of everyones breath, grabbed a KFC, headed home.
